In April 2017, ESCP business school will launch a MOOC in ‘Intercultural Management’.

The five week programme, conducted in English, will aim to provide business managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead transnational, culturally-diverse teams.

Participants will access the content online as part of a live forum with modules on:

• Intercultural teams and leadership
• Intercultural Human resource management
• Intercultural marketing decisions
• Intercultural negotiation

Those who complete the programme will be awarded with a certificate in Intercultural Management.

On International Women’s day, the ESCP Foundation wishes a good day to all women who make the world so different and who contribute to greater respect, equality and parity.
