Launched by the alumni in 2005, the ESCP Foundation became a public utility foundation by a decree published on 18 March 2012.
The ESCP Foundation benefits from the generosity of individuals and corporate partners. Its aim is to support the ambitions and the academic excellence of ESCP Business School through four initiatives:

The governance structure and operation of the ESCP Foundation ensures its rigorous and transparent management. It is overseen by three entities: the Founder’s Committee, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
The Founders’ Committee
The Founders’ Committee supports and advises the Board of Directors, and is composed of the Founders of the RPU (recognised as a public utility) Foundation. From among its members, 4 representatives of the committee are designated to sit on the Founding Committee (representatives of the Founders’ Committee).
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors determines the action plan for the Foundation, votes on budgets proposed by the Executive Board and the specialised committees and approves the financial statements. The Board of Directors is composed of 12 members:
