In April 2017, ESCP business school will launch a MOOC in ‘Intercultural Management’.
The five week programme, conducted in English, will aim to provide business managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead transnational, culturally-diverse teams.
Participants will access the content online as part of a live forum with modules on:
- Intercultural teams and leadership
- Intercultural Human resource management
- Intercultural marketing decisions
- Intercultural negotiation
Those who complete the programme will be awarded with a certificate in Intercultural Management.
