The KPMG Foundation supports the Talent Spring programme of ESCP

by Equipe Fondationon 20 September 2016in Our news

The KPMG Foundation supports Talent Spring, an equal opportunities programme led by ESCP, in partnership with the ESCP Foundation.

Talent Spring is a new admission category to integrate the first year of the Master in Management programme, dedicated to students with an education track limited by very difficult personal environment. In this perspective, an assessment centre – inspired by those used by the companies to detect high potentials – has been created with the help of the KPMG Foundation. This process aimed to evaluate the student in a real case situation and to detect predictable skills, decisive for future managers. The behaviours of the candidates have been observed for 3 days through cognitive tests, collective workshops, innovation exercises and interviews.

Finally, 8 students of Talent Spring are integrating ESCP this month of September 2016.

The KPMG Foundation is involved since its creation in favour of a better access to education. So it decided to sponsor this initiave. This financial support will last 3 years.
