The book « Commerce et urbanisme commercial : les grands enjeux de demain », co-written by Olivier Badot and Dominique Moreno, with the cooperation of Kawtar Abouhazim and postscripted by Michel-Edouard Leclerc has received the award of the best book 2017 dedicated to retail during the 20th Ethienne Thil conference.

This award is bestowed by the scientific communuty in business and retail and by a jury of professionals (FCA). 26 international books published in 2016 were in competition.

On 7 mars 2017, ESCP had organized a conference with the autors to bring cross sights to the fiels of commercial urbanism and its issues.

Dominique Moreno has also been invited to a debate of the Chair E.Leclerc dedicated to cross canality last january.

La Fondation ESCP recrute un stagiaire Chef de Projet Venture Philanthopy

Démarrage : décembre 2017 à février 2018
Durée : 4 à 6 mois à temps plein

Mission
Intégré au sein de l’équipe de la Fondation ESCP (6 personnes), le/ la stagiaire participera à la préparation de projets innovants de corporate finance et de Venture Philanthropy destinés à développer les ressources d’ESCP dans le cadre de son futur statut d’Établissement d’enseignement supérieur consulaire (EESC). Sous la responsabilité du Délégué adjoint de la Fondation, le/ la stagiaire sera en contact direct avec le Président de la Fondation et les ambassadeurs Venture Philantropy, associant des Alumni expérimentés en fusion-acquisition, en fonds d’investissement et en corporate finance.

Actions
■ Préparation et conception de projets de Venture Philanthropy : en interface avec les Alumni travaillant en corporate finance et accompagnant la Fondation et l’École dans le projet de développement de ses ressources de 2018 à 2022.
■ Elaboration de documents de communication : élaboration et présentation de « pitch » auprès de grands donateurs et d’investisseurs potentiels. Le stagiaire accompagnera le Président de la Fondation, les ambassadeurs Venture Philanthropy ou le délégué en rendez-vous de prospection notamment à Paris, Londres, Zürich…
■ Fundraising : participation à des événements de collecte de fonds et relations donateurs lors d’événements dédiés à ESCP, au Cercle Interallié ou avec les partenaires corporate de la Fondation (AT Kearney, Lazard, Rothschild Patrimoine,…).
Profil recherché
Etudes : Bac+3 minimum, spécialité finance
Expérience en corporate finance, gestion privée ou private equity serait un plus.
Compétences : parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Maîtrise parfaite du Pack Office.
Savoir-être : polyvalent, créatif, autonome, rigoureux
Indemnité de stage : 1.500€/ mois
