Rencontre de la Fondation with Nathalie Balla (89) and Eric Courteille (95), co-presidents of La Redoute
On Thursday, May 24, the Foundation has organised a new Rencontre with Major Donors and Junior Major Donors around Nathalie Balla (89) and Eric Courteille (95), co-presidents of La Redoute.
This event has been hosted in the prestigious premises of A.T Kearney. We thank Laurent Dumarest (77) for this opportunity.
They have explained how they have organised the metamorphosis of La Redoute, which is now a major player in the french ecommerce’s area. They also gave their opinion about their new adventure: the majority stake of the group “Galeries Lafayette” and their shared desire to develop a newomnicanal trade french leader, fashion & home specialist, with an international reputation.

Wine fundraising: a event under the sign of generosity!
On Thursday, May 17, about forty people met at Le Club français du vin, for a ESCP wine tasting event!
22 wines have been tasted by the guests: Domaine Jean Boucabeille, Famille Labruyère, Villa Baulieu, Château Beaulieu, Champagne Frerejean Frères. They also benefited from the precious advices of the ESCP students of Oenocratia association!
50% of the sales will finance study grants to keep ESCP accessible to the best students.
The ESCP Foundation warmly thanks the ESCP winemakers who have generously accepted to participate to this event: Pierre Guénant (72), Jean Boucabeille (96), Guillaume Frerejean-Taittinger (08) et François Morinière (87).

ESCP Challenge dedicated to IoT (Internet of Things)
Schneider Electric, Societe Generale Insurance, partners of the IoT Chair, and Bosch have challenged ESCP students!
During 3 months, students from the IoT specialization course have been exposed to real business challenges with a 3-month consulting assignment provided by the 3 companies. Wednesday 4th April, the final oral defence took place.
