Invited by Patrick-Hubert Petit (75), KPMG Partner and President of the Audit Committee Institute France, ESCP Alumni have participated to a convivial meeting with Frank Bournois, Dean of ESCP, and the ESCP Foundation team. The School’s developpement strategy – digital transformation, launch of the Bachelor degree etc – has been discussed during the evening.

The meeting takes place 2 months after the signature, in September 2015, of a Professorship in International Corporate Governance between ESCP and KPMG. This partnership replaces the Chair or research “Governance, Strategy, Risks and Performance”. It represents a new step in the historical relationship that links KMPG to the School.

On Thursday November 12th, the Alumni of Accenture reunited around Frank Bournois, Dean of ESCP and the ESCP Foundation’s team. This convivial meeting gave Frank Bournois the opportunity to present the development strategy of the School, and the role of the Foundation which financially supports that ambition. The importance of the Alumni involvement in that approach has also been underlined.

The annual assembly of the ESCP Foundation took place on Wednesday 4th November 2015 on ESCP’s Paris campus, in the renovated Gélis amphitheatre. More than 130 donors, students, staff members and professors reunited with Frank Bournois, Dean of ESCP and Patrick Gounelle, President of ESCP Foundation.

Frank Bournois officially inaugurated  the amphitheater by revealing the names of the Foundation’s donors engraved on the seats : more than 70 to date. Patrick Gounelle summed up the news and future prospects for ESCP Foundation in terms of projects and budget. Then, the president of the Foundation’s grants committee, François Kayat,  had the pleasure to give the the Foundation scholarships to the students : 121 scholarships and mobility grants this year for a total amount of 1 200 000 euros.

To end the ceremony, Pr Philippe Gabillier, who teaches at ESCP, led a master class on the topic of boldness : his last book Eloge de l’audace has just been released.

L’Oréal grants Professorship in Creativity Marketing To ESCP Faculty and becomes Corporate Founding Member of ESCP’s Creativity Marketing Centre in London

ESCP Business School is delighted to announce the launch of the L’Oréal Professorship in Creativity Marketing, to be held by two of its London-based Professors, Dr Marie Taillard and Dr Benjamin Voyer.

As part of this agreement, L’Oréal becomes a Founding Corporate Member of ESCP’s Creativity Marketing Centre (CMC). The CMC provides academic research and published articles on themes such as Consumer Creativity, Cultures of Creativity, Analytics and Creativity, Big Data, Behavioural Science Innovation, and the Emergence of Business Ecosystems.

A new cycle of events reserved for our Major Donors

The Meetings of the Foundation, a dinner series in small group – 3 meetings per year – around an Alumnus with a stellar record who shares his experience in his field of expertise, represents a priviledged opportunity of networking.

It contributes to the reinforcement of ESCP brand and to the proudness of belonging to our community. The number of places is limited to facilitate the discussions with the speaker.

The 1st meeting took place around Christophe Barbier (MS Medias 90), Editorial Director of L’Express, on the topic “The press, news and perspectives” on October 20th, 2015, at Cerle de l’Union Interalliée.
